I ALSO Have a Job

I start Monday the 17th at M.J. Soffe in Fayetteville. Pretty much doing what I was doing at Liberty except its more building art along with color separating and doing some design as well. The pay is ok but there is also, (I'm told), opportunity for lots of overtime pay. I know you other artists reading this might not know what those words mean coming from Liberty, (HA!) but at some places, when you work over your 40 hours, you get something called "overtime pay" which is time and 1/2 of your regular hourly pay.

Also found me a little 2 bedroom house to rent in Hope Mills - which is right beside Fayetteville - that I have to move into this weekend. Everything is going very fast. Here's the house:

Good luck to everyone and start posting some stuff on here so we all know what you guys are up to!

Glad you finally heard from them man, I hope you will be happy there, at least for the time being. House looks good too, alot like mine. I think you will like it better than an apartment, only, are there any train tracks close by? Ha.

Great News!!! Sounds like everything is moving very fast for you, and in the right direction.
"Cool" looking house!!!
And about that overtime pay thing (haha). I needed a good laugh this morning. I had forgotten about the possibility of getting paid time and 1/2 over 40 hours.
Good Luck,
Cindy

Congratulations on you new job!

It may be hard at first, you know that ovetime pay thing. Try and be a good employee and take the money.

You may even get to snicker at your fellow employees when they gripe about mandatory overtime. I mean just think you have to work but you get paid for it, and paid extra, like 1 1/2 times your regular HOURLY wage.

Oh my head is all in a spin on the thought of it.
